AgentAya (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Who We Are

AgentAya is an independent review and comparison website focused on AI tools for small and medium-sized businesses. We are based in several countries, operating remotely.

2. What We Collect

We collect minimal data. In most cases, you can use our site without providing personal information.
We may collect:

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited (via cookies or analytics tools).
Voluntary data: If you contact us directly (e.g., by email or contact form), we collect whatever personal data you provide.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. The only marketing email we send is our newsletter, and only to people who have explicitly opted in.

Newsletter (opt-in only). If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and preferred language. The lawful basis is your consent: we use double opt-in, so you only join the list after clicking a confirmation link we email you. Newsletter email is sent through Resend, our email service provider (based in the US, processing data under its data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses). Every issue contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely at any time.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use basic analytics tools to track traffic and improve our site. These may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage or block cookies via your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website contains affiliate links to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for how those sites collect or use your data. Please review their privacy policies directly.

Chat assistant (ElevenLabs)

On pages where Aya is available, ElevenLabs processes the messages you choose to send so the assistant can answer from the AgentAya review you are reading. We also send the public review content, page identifier, and selected language needed to ground that conversation. Do not include names, contact details, credentials, confidential information, or other personal data in a chat message.

The assistant is not a contact or lead form. AgentAya does not store chat transcripts, audio, IP addresses, contact details, free-text messages, or an ElevenLabs user identifier in its own interaction log. We keep only limited operational metadata such as the conversation and agent identifiers, review slug, language, timestamps, duration, completion status, and safety/evaluation outcome. ElevenLabs may temporarily process and retain conversation data under the retention settings in our account and its privacy policy. You can use the rest of AgentAya without starting a chat.

If you are in the UK, EU, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have rights to:

Request access to your data.
Request correction or deletion.
Object to certain uses of your data.
